Something black

Need to say that black color is my favorite. But I don't use it very usually in my jewellery. However last week I had very specific order for earrings with lava stone. So, here are photos of what I have created.

Earrings No. MB026. Lava stone beads are approximately 12mm in diameter. All details are sterling silver (925). Earrings length about 2,5 cm. (These earrings available for purchasing. If interested you can drop me an email :) ).

I used dark brown lava stones for earrings No. MB027. Earrings hooks are sterling silver (925), other details are from steel. Earrings length about 4,5 cm. Lava stone beads diameter about 18mm.

Earrings No. MB025 were made from black lava stone and steel details. Earrings hooks are sterling silver (925). Beads diameter : 1,8 cm x 2,5 cm. Earrings length ~ 4,8 cm.

Earrings MB No.023

Couple week ago I have tried new technique for earrings. And now you can see the result in the photos below. I used blue teardrop agate stones, glass beads and different size seed beads. Earrings length is about 7,5 cm.

Very Very Shiny

I always work with semi-precious stones, I love them. They usually have very deep colors, are quite heavy and rustic. However, this time I tried to create something different comparing with what I usually create. This time I used Czech glass crystals and very shiny details for the 3 piece set ( earrings, bracelet and necklace ).

These beautiful earrings are made by order for one of my clients. I had a photo of necklace and I needed to create a matching earrings. The requirements were to use clear beads and yellow ( gold color ) details. So, I used clear glass beads and gold color steel details. Earrings hooks are made from sterling silver ( 925 ) plated with gold ( 24 K).

Black tiny BeadsMen

A new item - little human made from beads. Human as I am not sure it is girl or boy :) Probably boy because the beads are black. For a girl maybe I should use more colorful and bright beads. What you think ?

BTW, you can remove the pendant from the chain and use only chain. There is a clasp for attaching the pendant.

I used following materials to create this necklace: glass beads and steel details.

Necklace length: ~ 80 cm.
Pendant length: ~ 10,5 cm.

Two piece set No. SET002

My new set of two pieces - bracelet and earrings are made from rose quartz beads. Do you like pink color ? I find it quite cute and attractive, very sweet and youthful. Well, I am not big fan of extremely bright pink, but pastel colors are really nice. Thats why I created this set.

Earrings No. MB 014

I really love to give names to different items I create. But it is so much more easier to use numbers and letters for coding and keeping everything organized.

Here is my last creation - earrings No. MB014. MB stands for my name Milda Bor. Numbers are for counting. So, from now I will be using such coding system here in blog, and in my FB (www.facebook.com/mildascrafts ) page and my website www.mildascrafts.com
